Regional Sales Manager

Could reside in Tampa, Orlando or Miami/Ft. Lauderdale areaOVERVIEWOur client is looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead a high-performing sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing team members, and building strong client relationships. You’ll also play a key role in shaping regional sales strategies and aligning them with company goals.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and support a regional sales team to meet revenue and margin goals.Coach, hire, and develop sales reps and associate managers.Work closely with leadership to align sales efforts with company strategy.Build strong relationships with key clients and stay informed on market trends.Collaborate across departments to support growth and service excellence.Analyze performance and market data to guide decisions.Maintain awareness of relevant industry and regulatory developments.Travel within the region to work alongside your team and attend company events.WHAT YOU'LL NEEDBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience4+ years of proven experience successfully managing and developing sales teams with revenue responsibilitiesDemonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategiesStrong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skillsExperience with relationship-based selling and B2B servicesAbility to manage time and territory effectively in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently, including overnight staysMedical Industry experience is requiredCompensation 220000Salary Range $125,000
