Job Description:We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the Pension Administration project. This position will be full-time and onsite in Dover, DE.The Senior Project Manager must have 5-7 years of project management experience in ERP implementation.What You'll Do:Lead the Pension Administration project for the StateDefine project scope, goals, and deliverablesDevelop project plans, manage timelines, tasks, resources, and budgetAlign ERP system with business objectivesMonitor progress and report to the Project DirectorManage vendor relationships and negotiate contractsProvide direction and support to the project teamAssess and mitigate risksConduct post-mortems and create recommendations reportsStay updated on ERP technologies and industry practicesApply expertise in Pension, Benefits, and Payroll, with a track record of contributing to pension system projects and modernization effortsEnsure project milestones and deliverables are metAnalyze Pension Administration data management within the ERPFacilitate training sessions and workshops for stakeholders on the new Pension Administration system, with a focus on Pension, Benefits, Payroll functionalities What You'll Need:5-7 years of project management experience in ERP implementationBachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plusExpertise in Pension Administration systemsKnowledgeable in finance and administration of Pension Administration and Payroll managementStrong implementation, project management, and change management skillsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAnalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitiesExperience managing projects in multi-stakeholder and multi-vendor environment Physical Demands:Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
