In-Home Remodeling Sales Representative

Job Description BrickTree Construction is seeking a motivated In-Home Remodeling Sales Representative to expand our homeowner remodeling division across Southwest Michigan. Specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and large residential renovations, we prioritize communication, professionalism, and delivering a trusted, high-quality experience rather than competing on price. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and significant commission-based earning potential for individuals who excel at building relationships and guiding customers through remodeling projects. Responsibilities * Conduct in-home remodeling consultations with homeowners * Build and maintain trusting customer relationships * Create and present accurate project estimates * Follow up consistently with leads to advance sales * Generate referrals and develop self-sourced leads * Maintain ongoing communication throughout project timelines * Collaborate with ownership on larger projects and sales training initiatives * Contribute to growing the BrickTree brand and reputation Preferred Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in remodeling sales * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver's license with reliable transportation * Strong sales negotiation and customer relationship management skills * Excellent communication and presentation abilities * Proven project estimation and time management capabilities * Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently * Effective problem-solving skills Additional Role Information * Work as an individual contributor within the sales team * Local travel limited to in-home visits within Southwest Michigan * Use GoHighLevel and ClickUp as primary sales and CRM tools * Opportunity for advancement to sales management roles as the company expands Company Description BrickTree Construction is a Southwest Michigan remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and full-home renovations with a focus on communication, quality, and professionalism.
