Assembly TechnicianLocation: Natick, MAPay Rate: $35–$38/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMPosition Type: Temp-to-Perm.Seeking skilled Assembly Technicians to support the assembly of precision aerospace equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires strong mechanical assembly experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work from blueprint specifications and assembly instructions. Responsibilities:Assemble aerospace and precision mechanical components according to engineering drawings and blueprints.Utilize common hand tools and measuring instruments to complete assemblies accurately.Work with precision parts requiring high attention to detail and quality standards.Inspect components and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support production goals.Follow all company safety and quality procedures.Qualifications:Strong mechanical assembly experience required.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.Experience working with common hand tools and precision components.Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindsetAerospace, manufacturing, or high-precision assembly experience preferred.Strong communication and teamwork skillsThis is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term growth potential for qualified candidates.
