With 10 spacious, private LDRP rooms and a commitment to keeping mothers and newborns together, this facility offers a unique and fulfilling work environment.As a Labor & Delivery RN, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to mothers and their newborns. Your responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive care to laboring mothers and their newborns in a 1:1 laboring ratioUtilizing your strong IV skills and C-section experience to support the teamFloating to NICU for feeders and growers as neededCollaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including a lactation counselor and maternity educatorMaintaining accurate documentation using the MediTech EMR system Requirements for this role include: Current RN licenseACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications (FHM preferred)Need 1 year experience in settingStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to work every 3rd weekend and one major and one minor holidayApply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
