Restaurant General Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent leadership skills to ensure the restaurant's success

Duties
- Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and quality control
- Implement training programs to develop staff skills and maintain high service standards
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menu offerings
- Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and sales tracking
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management within a casual dining setting
- Strong background in food service management with culinary knowledge
- Proficiency in training development and staff supervision
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and staff
- Ability to conduct interviews, hire, and train new employees
- A passion for the restaurant industry and dedication to providing top-notch service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
