Job Summary We're seeking a motivated, licensed cosmetologist to join our salon as an independent booth renter. This opportunity is ideal for stylists who self-driven, client focused, and ready to grow their in a professional salon environment. Duties Provide high quality hair services to clients Offer expert consultations on color , hair extensions, and any other hair services to ensure client satisfaction. Represent the salon brand positively and respectfully. Manage personal schedule, bookings, pricings, and payments. Adhere to all state board laws, salon policies, and safety regulations. Provide outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized treatments. Keep your workspace clean and organized while adhering to all safety protocols. Requirements Experience with hair extensions, natural hair services, cutting, and coloring. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members alike. Ability to perform retail sales and upselling confidently to maximize earnings. Deep understanding of sanitation standards and safety procedures within a salon setting. Ability to work independently and responsibly Established or growing clientele.
