*Role: Bilingual Data Annotator/DE\_DE German* *Location: Remote* *Duration: 6+ months* *Pay: $17/hr on 1099* or $15/hr on W2 Must have a Laptop and active internet connection to perform duties. No prior experience or training required — paid training will be provided. *Overview:* We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Annotator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our conversational AI model delivers a high-quality customer experience while meeting business objectives. We welcome both entry-level applicants and experienced/senior candidates. *Duties and Responsibilities:* * Verify data to enhance the performance of the AI model. * Review model outputs to maintain established quality standards. * Provide feedback to support continuous performance improvement. *Requirements:* * Entry-level position; however, experience in editing, product reviewing, content writing, or technical writing is an advantage. * Ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities quickly and efficiently. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. * Ability to work independently while adhering to guidelines and workflows. * Comfortable working with customer-facing content and content management tools. * Problem-solving mindset.
