The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of designing and building scalable, enterprise-grade applications while providing technical direction across full-stack development. Required Skills 12+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development Strong expertise in Java / J2EE Hands-on experience with React.js Strong experience with Microservices Strong application architecture and solution design experience Solid understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems Experience with AI / Generative AI technologies Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Framework Experience with SQL and relational databases Strong understanding of cloud-native application development Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills Responsibilities Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java and React.js Define and implement application architecture and technical solutions Design and implement microservices-based applications Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance REST APIs Lead technical design and architecture discussions Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and architectural issues Contribute to cloud adoption, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices Ensure applications meet standards for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
