NAJA Mediterranean is seeking experienced, professional Servers and Bartenders to join our team.We are a high-volume, full-service Mediterranean restaurant focused on hospitality, quality, and consistency. These roles are ideal for individuals who understand how to balance strong service, product knowledge, and steady dinner volume while maintaining a warm and elevated guest experience.These are primarily restaurant-focused positions, with occasional late nights and special events.SERVER POSITIONDuties:Provide attentive, professional table serviceGuide guests through food and beverage menus with confidenceMake thoughtful recommendations across mezze, entrees, cocktails, wine, and dessertsEnter orders accurately using Toast POSManage multiple tables efficiently during busy dinner serviceDeliver food and beverages promptly and accuratelyHandle large party tabs and split checks with accuracyMaintain cleanliness and organization of sections and side stationsCollaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to maintain smooth service flowMonitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needsFollow alcohol service guidelines and restaurant standardsExperience:Previous serving experience requiredFull-service restaurant experience preferredStrong multitasking and time management skillsComfortable with high-volume dinner serviceFamiliarity with Toast POS or similar systems preferredProfessional, reliable, and team-oriented attitudeAvailability for nights and weekendsTypical shifts range 5-8 hoursCompensation: $3/hour + pooled tips. Average earnings $25-$35 per hour.BARTENDER POSITIONDuties:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficientlyOperate Toast POS to process bar orders, server tickets, and large party tabsHandle an individual cash drawer with accuracy and accountabilityProvide warm, professional hospitality to bar guestsAnswer menu questions and make recommendations across cocktails, wine, beer, and spiritsMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar areaMonitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol serviceCollaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flowAssist with restocking, bar prep, and basic inventory organizationUphold cleanliness, food safety, and health department standardsManage time effectively during busy dinner service and high-volume shiftsExperience:Previous bartending experience requiredExperience in full-service restaurant environments preferredAbility to balance speed, accuracy, and guest interactionComfortable handling cash drawers, server tickets, and large party tabsFamiliarity with Toast POS or similar systems preferredStrong multitasking and time management skillsProfessional, reliable, and team-oriented attitudeAvailability for nights and weekendsTypical shifts range 6-9 hoursCompensation: $4/hour + pooled tips.
