Vendor Sales Representative

In this role, you’ll connect local businesses with opportunities to participate in high-traffic fairs, expos, and specialty events while helping grow our expanding network of vendors and partners. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, networking, relationship-building, and working in a flexible, growth-focused environment with strong earning potential and opportunities to grow alongside the company.ResponsibilitiesConduct outreach to local businesses through phone calls, email, social media, networking, and in-person communicationPresent vendor booth opportunities and explain event packages, pricing, and benefitsBuild and maintain professional relationships with potential and returning vendorsFollow up with leads and respond to vendor questions in a timely and professional mannerTrack outreach efforts, vendor status, and sales activity accuratelyAssist in increasing vendor participation and overall event growthCollaborate with the CHRFairs team to support successful event planning and executionMaintain a positive and professional representation of the CHRFairs brand at all timesQualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable with sales, outreach, and relationship-buildingSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyOrganized and detail-orientedProfessional and confident communication styleAbility to use email, social media, and basic online tools effectivelyPrevious experience in sales, marketing, customer service, event promotion, or networking is preferred but not requiredMust be reliable, responsive, and goal-orientedKnowledge of South Florida businesses and communities is a plus
