Hiring: Client Account Manager | Hybrid in NYCLAW FIRM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Global Law Firm looking for a strategic, detail-oriented leader to oversee billing, collections, and revenue operations for a high-performing team. This role partners closely with finance leadership, partners, and practice groups to drive accuracy, efficiency, and strong client outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, mentor, and develop a team of billing professionalsLead end-to-end billing and collections strategy for assigned groupsAnalyze billing data and trends to optimize performancePartner with Pricing, eBilling, and Finance teams for seamless executionPrepare and present monthly reporting, metrics, and insightsBuild strong relationships with partners and cross-functional teamsEnforce compliance with client guidelines, rates, and agreementsImprove revenue cycle efficiency through continuous process enhancementSupport system implementations, testing, and special projectsQualifications7+ years of billing/client accounting experience (law firm experience required)3+ years in a management roleStrong knowledge of billing, collections, and AR processesAdvanced skills in Excel and reporting toolsExperience with Aderant is a plusExceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
