Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenville, NC, for an Automatic Door Technician with an AAADM certification. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of automatic door systems. Daily activities include diagnosing technical issues, troubleshooting mechanical or electrical components, and ensuring that all repairs comply with safety and regulatory standards. The role also requires detailed documentation of work performed and strong customer service while on-site at client locations. Qualifications Technical expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining automatic door systemsUnderstanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic componentsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervisionExcellent customer service and verbal communication skills when interacting with clientsAAADM certification (or willingness to obtain certification)Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift and handle heavy equipment as part of daily tasksWork experience in automatic door or related field is a plus
