As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by providing support to the servers and assisting with various tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately - Clear tables and reset them for the next guests - Refill water glasses and provide additional condiments as needed - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Communicate effectively with both guests and team members to provide exceptional service - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications: - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Knowledge of culinary terms and basic cooking techniques is a plus - Familiarity with TOAST POS system or similar restaurant software is an advantage - Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods At Prime 47, we offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career growth, and a positive work environment.
