Speech Language Pathologist Elementary
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position in South Hill, NY. This is a rewarding school-based SLP job working with an elementary caseload in a supportive educational setting.
Position Details
Caseload: 30–35 students (elementary)
Schedule: 7-hour school day, full-time
Setting: Elementary school (single site)
Employment Type: Contract SLP position
Start: ASAP through the school year
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide speech therapy services to elementary school students, conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments, and attend and participate in Committee on Special Education (CSE) meetings. This role also includes managing light case management and documentation, as well as collaborating with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary staff to support student success.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active New York State SLP license or eligibility
CCC-SLP preferred, but CFY candidates welcome
CFY supervision provided
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
