We make connections and promote community services that give patients the tools to live healthier lives.Responsibilities and RequirementsPrimary Function Respiratory Therapist at the SEF, responds to outpatient areas as needed-otherwise works on the ED to provide responsive state of the art respiratory careTo work with the same personnel in the development and implementation of patient centered careTo work in a cooperative and supportive manner with Physicians, Staff, and DirectorsPosition Qualifications Experience Six months Staff Therapist experience preferred but not required.Education and Training Graduate of AMA approved program of Respiratory Therapy at the Registry levelOn a yearly basis meet all hospital mandatory education requirementsLicense, Certification & Registration MARTL - MA Respiratory Therapist licenseNBRC-RRT- National Board Respiratory Care RRTCPROther Requirements Highly effective and positive interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbalEffective problem solving, team building skills, willingness to participate in the education process both as a student and provider of educationAbility to vary shift hours and days to meet schedule needsBenefitsBerkshire Health Systems offers one of the most comprehensive Benefit Plans you can find!
