Pay range: 25-35/hrdepending on experienceRole Summaryis advancing a major modernization of HCP engagement operations, requiring disciplined execution, cross functional coordination, and hands on management of workflow systems across Commercial and Medical Affairs.We are seeking a Manager level contractor to drive day to day operational excellence across HCPengagementNOW, Veeva Speaker Programs, Coupa, and Bill.com financial workflows. This role is responsible for ensuring compliant execution, timely processing, accurate data capture, and smooth operational flow across critical systems used by field teams, brand leads, and engagement planners.The ideal candidate is an experienced operator who excels in structured execution, cross functional problem solving, and applying process requirements in a consistent, user friendly way. This role is heavily operational, execution oriented, and essential to maintaining the quality, compliance, and consistency of HCP engagement processes.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesHCP Engagement Operations (HCPengagementNOW) Serve as the daily operational lead for workflow intake, tracking, approvals, and issue resolution within HCPengagementNOW. Partner with Commercial, Medical, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure timely routing and completion of HCP engagement requests. Monitor workflow throughput, identify bottlenecks, and recommend practical refinements. Ensure data accuracy, system hygiene, and standardized reporting on engagement activity. Provide user support and troubleshooting for field and internal stakeholders.________________________________________Speaker Program Management (Veeva) Execute end to end operational processes for Speaker Programs within the Veeva Events Management environment. Manage event creation, approvals, content linkage, attendance compliance, and reconciliation steps. Support field teams and brand partners with troubleshooting, process guidance, and issue escalation. Maintain speaker program documentation, including business rules, templates, and training resources. Track operational KPIs such as speaker utilization, event throughput, and program compliance.________________________________________Coupa & Bill.com Operations (Procure to Pay Execution) Act as operational liaison across Procurement, Finance, and vendor management teams. Manage vendor setup, purchase order creation, invoice troubleshooting, and exception escalation in Coupa. Process and track payments, vendor invoices, and financial workflows in Bill.com, ensuring accurate coding and approvals. Identify recurring operational issues within the procure to pay cycle and drive process corrections.________________________________________Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree required. 5-8+ years experience in Commercial Operations, Medical Operations, HCP engagement, or equivalent operational roles. Hands on, working experience with:Veeva (preferably Events Management)HCPengagementNOW or similar HCP workflow systemsCoupaBill.com Strong understanding of HCP engagement compliance standards and speaker program requirements. Proven ability to manage detailed, multi step operational processes across cross functional partners. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and documentation skills; capable of training and supporting system users. Comfortable operating in fast moving, highly regulated, and ambiguity tolerant environments.________________________________________Preferred Qualifications Experience in biopharma, healthcare, or life sciences. Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor onboarding, and invoice resolution. Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence).
