Campus Security Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Campus Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. The Campus Security Supervisor will lead a team of security personnel, implement security protocols, and maintain a secure environment. Key Responsibilities Implement and strictly enforce all related Company policies and procedures Supervision and training of all personnel assigned to the highest standards Conduct uniform inspections of assigned personnel Effectively make decisions during the course of shift to ensure Officers, Client Employees, and visitors safety Supervise the Set-up and monitoring of CCTV equipment Write accurate and review reports of events using TrackTik software Report disciplinary issues with assigned personnel to the Site Supervisor, Account Manager Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency services, and management as required Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and staff with inquiries and directions Maintain a professional and alert presence, contributing to secure atmosphere Participate in ongoing training, coaching and mentoring, and development to stay updated on security techniques Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Some college preferred Have flexibility in schedule when required Strong observational and communication skills both verbal and written Ability to remain composed and make swift decisions under pressure Detailed-oriented with excellent reporting writing skills Advanced computer literacy and familiarity with security equipment Strong integrity and commitment to ethical standards Military and Law Enforcement experience is a plus Former Security Supervisory experience required Join our team as a Campus Security Supervisor where you can make a significant impact on the safety and well-being of our organization!
