Our mission is to provide employment and training services that help people find jobs and reach financial stability.Job DescriptionLead Associates provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant to the Manager. The role demonstrates commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork, requiring integrity, resourcefulness, and the ability to thrive in a varied and fast-paced environment.Close the store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure the facility for the night.Prepare and maintain records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits, opening/closing reports and conduct inspections as necessary.Perform cash register/customer service duties.Receive, price, and stock donations; occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, frequently 10–35 pounds.Hang, inspect, and tag textiles and clothing in a production style setting.QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience: Lead or supervisory experience required.HoursAssociates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends.
