Maintenance Assistant
Position: Maintenance
Location: Park Ridge
Maintenance person needed for a "Class A" condominium community in Park Ridge. Must have experience with handyman type work. Duties include and are not limited to the following: Assist lead maintenance man with various duties like plumbing, painting, janitorial work, snow removal, garbage dumpster rotation and more. Must have dependable transportation, live a reasonable distance from Park Ridge, pass a background check and spontaneous drug testing. Have a current valid certificate for CPO (Certified Pool Operator ) or obtain one within 90 days of hire) Immediate opening.
