We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who's ready to own a shift, help develop a team, and grow into a General Manager role.If you've managed a restaurant team and you're tired of working for a company that doesn't actually promote from within, this is worth your time.What You'll Own:Shift leadership and a true point person, front of house, kitchen and guestsTeam development: training and coachingDaily operations: support, ordering, opening/closingGuest experience and complaint resolutionCleanliness, food safety, and brand standardsTotal Restaurant awareness you'll understand how your shift impacts the store's successWhat We're Looking For:1+ year of restaurant management or AGM experienceStrong communicator who leads by example on the floorSomeone who takes ownership, not someone who waits to be told what to do21+ years old, full-time availability including weekendsCompensation & Benefits:Tip pool (~$57/hr average) + performance bonusHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)+Company Match (We help invest in your future)Paid vacation and sick timeMeal credit on shift, employee discount off shiftMonthly cell phone allowance + Shoes for Crews reimbursementThe Path: We promote from within aggressively.
