Our Patient Care Coordinators are experienced Medical Assistants that interact with patients and their families in initiating the plan care, to include: Provide education information to patients and their families Explain treatments, procedures, medication(s) and continuing care following treatment Collaborate internally with various departments to ensure appropriate scheduling, lab results and recordkeeping Requirements: Previous experience in Dermatology preferred LPN or 3-5 years of experience in a Medical Assistant role CMA/RMA strongly preferred 2 years of administrative and customer service experience
