Event Coordinator Coordinate planning and execution of customer training and research programs including in-person, virtual, and live events. Manage logistics such as travel, accommodation, schedules, and participant coordination. Handle event registration, invitations, and communication with participants and faculty. Maintain and track documentation for compliance, including contracts, service requests, and payments. Support equipment preparation, transportation, and functionality for training programs. Attend events to ensure smooth execution and resolve issues as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute training programs while ensuring compliance. Maintain adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in all activities. 4+ years of experience in event management or training program coordination. Manage end-to-end coordination of training and educational events. Ensure compliance with documentation, reporting, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate logistics and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Support continuous improvement of processes and program execution. Maintain quality standards in all assigned tasks. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement. Event planning and coordination. Documentation and compliance management. Expense tracking and reporting. Technical aptitude with event and training tools. Familiarity with MS Office and event management software. Bachelors degree required. Experience in regulated environments such as medical device industry preferred.
