Odoo Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Consultant. As an ERP Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, implementing ERP solutions, and ensuring successful ERP implementations. You will work closely with clients to understand their finance and business needs, provide expert advice and guidance, and support them throughout the ERP implementation process. MissionsUnderstand the scope of the project and analyse the needs of the customer:- Lead Analysis workshop with a customer- Demonstrate the software to a customerManage the project- Define and track the project progress in collaboration with the client and internal teams- Plan, monitor, and adjust different phases based on constraints and priorities- Lead project meetings and communicate progress updates- Ensure clear communication throughout the project and document decisions and changesImplement the ERP software to meet the client’s needs- Define and estimate tasks- Install and configure modules- Customize modules using implementation tools (Studio, automated actions, scheduled actions)- Import data- Write specifications and collaborate with developers- Test implemented features and organize validation sessions with the clientEnsure client satisfaction at every stage of the project- Train and provide support to the final user- Proactively suggest ways to optimize the client’s processesEnsure the respect of Captivea methodologyContribute to pre-sales activities- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze the initial needs of prospects and propose suitable solutions- Deliver functional demos relevant to the potential client’s business activitiesProfil requiredStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify and understand complex business processesExperience in ERP implementations and working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systemsKnowledge of finance and accounting concepts and practicesRelevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficialMust have experience with ERPs such as Netsuite, Sage, or AcumaticaExperience with Odoo a plusCertifications in ERP systems or related fieldsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clientsStrong project management skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldWHAT WE OFFERPerksA full-time positionAttractive salary package.TrainingsWe continuously train our employees.Eat & DrinkFruit, coffee and snacks provided.
