Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PMPosition Type: Temporary We are looking for a dependable, organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our busy construction office. This is a straightforward administrative role that requires someone who is comfortable answering phones, responding to emails, preparing proposals using provided templates, and communicating important information to the owner. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to keep up in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone callsRespond to customer and vendor emailsPrepare proposals using company-provided templatesRelay important emails and messages to the ownerPerform general administrative and office support dutiesMaintain professionalism while handling multiple tasks throughout the day Qualifications Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, email, and internet navigation)Comfortable using the phone and communicating professionallyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow instructions and work independentlyReliable, punctual, and dependableGood judgment and common sensePrevious administrative or office experience is a plus but not required Work Environment We are a construction company, so our office can be fast-paced and direct. We're looking for someone who is adaptable, able to prioritize tasks, and comfortable working in an environment where things can change quickly.
