Job Description:Job DescriptionMust be a US CitizenMUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly ClearanceOur client conducts R&D and prototyping of new CNO capabilities for the end customer. The work involves Vulnerability Research, Exploit Development, CNO tool development and enhancement, and infrastructure support (DevOps). Platforms involved include iOS, Android, MacOS, Linux, Windows, and other environments. This is some of the most impactful work in the Intelligence Community, with the new capabilities developed by this team getting rapidly deployed and into the hands of users. One of the best things about this project is the customer. They give Engineers huge latitude in choosing programming languages and technologies, and they encourage exploration of new tech. There is almost no distinction here between blue-badgers and green-badgers: the team is highly-competent, and the Branch and Section Leads do an excellent job of shielding the engineers from any organizational politics.We are seeking a highly skilled Virtualization-Savvy CNO Developer to join the Virtualization team to support mission-critical cyber operations and development of new and existing capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in low-level systems programming, embedded development, and Windows internals, with a passion for solving complex technical challenges in secure and virtualized environments.Work on this program takes place in various locations at and around the Annapolis Junction, MD area (we cannot support remote work).Required SkillsExperience developing and maintaining low-level C software in Windows, virtualized systems, and embedded systems.Experience doing reverse engineering for debugging on diverse architectures5-10+ years of experience with C developmentExperience implementing and optimizing memory management techniques for performance and stability in constrained environments.Experience with CNO Development on virtualized environments (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V)In-depth understanding of network protocols and SSL security layers2+ years of cybersecurity/CNO-specific developmentPYTHON scripting experience a PLUSDegree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or something extremely similar)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Salary: $150,000 - $300,000 annually Depending on Experience and location.Company DescriptionSpry Squared is a Minority and Woman Owned Small Business headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado with offices across the United States of America.
