This role plays a critical part in validating, auditing, and testing commission logic prior to building within the CRM and ensuring all commission targets align with approved economics.As a key contributor to the day-to-day operations of the Commissions function, this individual will help maintain the integrity of commission structure, therefore supporting multiple departments with enhanced transparency for key stakeholders and sales agents. The role requires strong numerical aptitude, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.This position may also support broader Finance Operations initiatives, including administrative coordination, documentation management, risk management, collections, and cross-functional collaboration. The Commissions Quality Coordinator will serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring accurate and timely workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret, validate, audit, and test commission builds prior to entry in the CRM; ensure commission targets remain consistent with approved commission economicsPartner with Commissions Analysts to support Account Managers, agents, and agencies in understanding commission structures and logicInvestigate and resolve commission-related inquiries in a timely, professional mannerAssist in the development, refinement, and documentation of commission plans and processesMaintain accurate records and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposesPrepare carrier payment files for accounting review and downstream payment processingSkills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in commissions coordination, finance operations, or a related role preferredStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAdvanced analytical and quantitative skills, with comfort handling complex data setsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required (macros/VBA a plus)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organizationStrong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality workIdeal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
