Chester River Manor provides personalized care and attention to their senior residents in a comfortable and safe environment. Chester River Manor is licensed by the state of Maryland and is allowed up to 98 residents in their community. Along with its caring staff, Chester River Manor offers a vibrant senior living community with a variety of programs to meet the needs of their residents. Our Dialysis RN will be responsible for coordinating and providing nursing care, training and education. This RN will work collaboratively with team members and participants in program development.Primary Clinical Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):Responsible for execution of dialysis programCollects, analyzes and records relevant patient health data accuratelyAnalyzes assessment data to identify patient problemsDevelops a plan of care that describes interventions to attain expected outcomes Implements and records interventions to attain expected outcomes in EMREvaluates patient progress toward attainment of identified goalsAdheres to approved, research-based practice standardsUtilizes equipment and materials in a safe and cost-effective mannerPatient Population: Adult and GeriatricEMR: Crown WebDress Code: Dialyze Direct will provide black scrub tops.
