So, if you dare to challenge the comfortable… then keep reading.The Associate will assist in the development of strategic multimedia plans and marketing recommendations, with a focus on the multicultural (US Hispanic) segment. Work with the team in all phases of the planning process, including research, creation, implementation, and stewardship.ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with multiple groups both internally and externallyUtilize research and planning tools to help generate and support media plan strategies Conduct thorough QA of data and workstreams, meticulously reviewing outputs and processes to ensure accuracyOversee project workflows by organizing team deadlines, planning logistics, updating decks, managing data entry and pulls, and ensuring all processes and procedures are followed for successful executionDevelop media knowledge that includes:Evaluating media research dataDeveloping points of viewUnderstanding systems applicationsUnderstanding various media channels and their applications against client strategies/goalsUnderstanding the media landscape and partnersManaging budgets and maintaining client media activity flowcharts in systemRepresent Canvas Worldwide professionally with clients and industryConsistently meet deadlines and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholdersHave an intimate knowledge of the client’s brand and product details, KPI’s, etc.Maintain organized documentation to ensure record keeping and information is easily accessible and retrievableProactively monitor emerging trends, cultural shifts, and audience behaviors—leveraging social media and influencer insights to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative, relevant, and authenticWho You AreYou thrive on a team, can meet tight deadlines, and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.You are comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Power Point. You’ll use spreadsheets to perform math calculations and percentages to create understand data and create results.You want to work in a collaborative world of creativity and analytics.You have a basic understanding of consumer behavior, and you want to spend your days influencing the way brands and consumers interactYou have an interest or passion for the Hispanic multicultural segmentYou enjoy managing projects and/or processes and taking on new opportunitiesExperience developing and presenting your thoughts and ideasProven ability to work independently and as a part of a teamMarketing Internships highly preferred$48,000 - $48,000 a yearSalary And BenefitsActual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
