Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Leadership Development Manager located in Carrollton, TX. The role involves designing and implementing leadership programs, conducting training sessions, coaching and mentoring emerging leaders, and evaluating the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives. The Leadership Development Manager will collaborate with organizational leaders to identify skill gaps and create strategies to enhance leadership capabilities across the organization. Qualifications Experience in leadership development, training, and coachingStrong skills in program design, evaluation, and assessmentExcellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skillsAbility to analyze and identify skill gaps within teamsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectivelyProficiency with tools and platforms used in training deliveryBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in insurance or financial services is an advantage
