Our programs combine clinical excellence with compassionate care, including specialized services for veterans and first responders.We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join our team at The Recovery Village Salem in Salem, Oregon.The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) plays a vital leadership role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department while ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.The ADON partners closely with the Director of Nursing and may serve in the DON role when needed.Support and oversee daily nursing operations and staffingResolve pending patient care issues from previous shiftsConduct infection control and compliance auditsMaintain nursing supplies and inventory managementTrack lab orders, outside consults, and medical transfersCoordinate admissions, discharges, and continuity of care processesAssist with scheduling and supervision of nursing and behavioral health staffConduct nursing procedure audits and quality assurance reviewsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external agencies to support patient careEnsure safe staffing levels during emergencies and state-of-emergency operationsMinimum high school diploma or equivalent, licensed as a Registered Nurse as indicated in State law, higher education preferredMinimum two years' experience as a Licensed Registered Nurse.
