Find out more about our flexible work culture at computershare.com/flex .We give you a world of potentialComputershare has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) department within our Computershare Communications Services (CCS) team.A role you will love As a Project Manager in CCS, you will be responsible for the facilitation and execution of customer and internal stakeholder projects. You will ensure all projects are delivered within defined timelines and scope utilizing the defined governance, methodology and processes. You’ll also provide program level governance.Other Key Responsibilities IncludeCompleting accountability of solution design, requirements gathering, analysis, development, testing and deploymentDefining, maintaining, and communicating project tasks and risks for multiple projects utilizing defined project management processes and methodologiesManaging customer and internal stakeholder expectations including the facilitation of meetings and deliverablesDeveloping and maintaining productive working relationships with business owners, project sponsors, solution consultants, business analysts, architects, programmers, testers, and customersDeveloping and providing project status reports to internal and external stakeholdersWhat will you bring to the role? 2-3+ years of experience executing projects or equivalent combination of education and experience is requiredExperience with Project Management software (PPM) such as MS Project, Planwell, Clarity, or like softwareExperience with planning, managing, and tracking multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience coordinating, encouraging and motivating internal teamsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Professional, high integrity, results/goal orientedTrack record of successful project delivery/executionAbility to develop and maintain relationships (internally and externally)Excellent written skillsBachelor's degree (B. The typical base pay range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 in Bolingbrook, IL, Edison, NJ and Louisville KY. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.And more.
