Role: Java FullStack (React) DeveloperLocation: Whippany, NJ (Osnite) - only LocalsDuration: Long Term ContractJob Description:10+ years experienced and versatile Java Full Stack Developer with specific expertise in React.js. He/she will be owning features end-to-end—architecting reliable server-side APIs in Java, designing database schemas, and crafting dynamic, intuitive front-end user experiences in React.Front-End Development: Design and implement highly responsive, modular web user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.State Management: Manage complex application workflows using Redux, React Hooks, or Context API.Back-End Engineering: Build, optimize, and maintain robust, scalable server-side applications using Java (8/11/17+) and the Spring/Spring Boot framework.API & Integration: Architect and consume secure, high-performing RESTful APIs and Microservices to bridge the front-end interface with back-end business logic.Database Management: Write optimized queries, design data models, and manage integrations with relational databases using SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Hibernate/JPA.Testing & Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code backed by automated unit tests using frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Enzyme.CI/CD & Cloud: Support application deployment and automation by leveraging Git, Jenkins, Docker, and cloud environments like AWS.Collaboration: Participate in all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle, from technical design meetings to code reviews and sprint retrospectives.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).Experience: 3+ years (Mid) or 7+ years (Senior) of professional full-stack software development experience.Core Java Tech: Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data/Hibernate.Core React Tech: Deep understanding of React workflows, component lifecycle, virtual DOM, and modern state management.Tools: Expert knowledge of Git-based version control and project management tracking software like JIRA.Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent debugging/problem-solving skills, and a collaborative team mindset.Preferred / "Nice-to-Have" QualificationsExperience with AWS cloud-native architectures (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway).Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems like Apache Kafka.Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Knowledge of modern, secure AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
