Join us and help define the technologies that are shaping the world of tomorrow.Position: Web Analytics & Platform ArchitectLocation: US, RemoteRole OverviewWe are seeking a Web Analytics & Platform Architect to own the end-to-end architecture across Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and WebSDK while driving modern analytics, data platform, and AI-powered insights initiatives. This role is responsible for defining architecture, governance, standards, and technical direction across web analytics platforms, platform migrations, data infrastructure, and AI-driven insight generation. The ideal candidate will partner with senior stakeholders, mentor offshore implementation teams, and independently lead technical strategy and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end architecture across Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and WebSDK, including migration and measurement design for platform transitions (e.g., Shopify), data layer standards, and tagging governance.Architect cross-platform parity and reconciliation frameworks across Adobe Analytics, Dynamic Yield, and Content Square, including event definitions, variance thresholds, and root-cause methodologies to distinguish structural tool differences from true data defects.Define and maintain report suite architecture, taxonomy, and governance standards for offshore and execution teams to implement.Design agentic AI insight generation architecture (Gemini or equivalent), including semantic and metrics layers, prompt and threshold governance, deterministic query versus LLM reasoning boundaries, and feedback loops for self-improving accuracy.Define pre- and post-migration KPI continuity and validation frameworks for platform cutovers, including traffic, conversion, revenue attribution, rollback strategies, and risk mitigation criteria.Architect the modern data platform on GCP (BigQuery, data pipelines, and warehouse strategy) and partner on Tableau dashboard architecture, including semantic layer design, data source setup and management, and governance across the dashboard portfolio.Architect server-side tag management using a middleware architecture, including first-party data collection, server-side Launch/WebSDK routing, and vendor tag offloading to improve performance, data ownership, and privacy compliance.Define SQL query standards and data modeling patterns supporting reporting, parity validation, and agentic pipelines at scale.Set architecture and evaluation standards for integrated marketing and paid channel data, including Google Ads, Meta, SA360, and third-party app and pixel integrations.Shape the web analytics roadmap to evolve reporting from dashboard-based reporting to AI-driven, self-service insight generation.Set technical direction and establish standards while mentoring and reviewing offshore and execution team implementation work.Partner with senior stakeholders on platform roadmap planning and build-versus-buy decisions.Work independently in an async-first environment with full ownership of technical direction.Drive documentation as a governance artifact, including standards, playbooks, and decision records.Required Qualifications8+ years of experience in Web Analytics and Platform Architecture.5+ years of experience in Data Infrastructure & Insights Automation.Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and WebSDK architecture.Strong SQL expertise for reporting standards, data modeling, and validation frameworks.Ability to independently drive technical direction, governance, and stakeholder engagement
