If you enjoy solving complex challenges, developing others, and contributing to a purpose‑driven organization, this role offers a meaningful next step in your career.How You’ll Make An ImpactLead production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targetsCoordinate people, equipment, and processes to meet production demandDrive continuous improvement initiatives and cost‑reduction effortsPartner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to optimize production plansEnsure production schedules and maintenance activities minimize disruptionsDevelop, coach, and motivate teams to achieve operational excellenceSet clear goals and monitor performance for direct and indirect team membersSupport customer visits by presenting manufacturing capabilities when neededResponsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
