When problems arise, you address them directly instead of hiding them.What You’ll DoLead Fleet OperationsOversee the full lifecycle management of vehicles and specialty construction equipmentDevelop fleet strategy aligned with GreenArrow’s long-term growth objectivesManage acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and asset replacement planningStandardize fleet specifications and operating procedures across divisionsDrive Operational PerformanceImplement and optimize fleet management systems and telematics platformsDevelop KPI dashboards for utilization, downtime, maintenance cost, fuel efficiency, and total cost of ownershipAnalyze fleet data to improve operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary spendPresent operational and financial reporting to executive leadershipManage Maintenance & ComplianceBuild and enforce preventative maintenance programsOversee vendor relationships, repair strategy, and parts inventoryEnsure DOT, OSHA, FMCSA, and regulatory compliance across all operationsSupport accident investigations, driver programs, and risk management initiativesLead People & Build AccountabilityLead and develop mechanics, coordinators, and fleet support staffPartner with Safety, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and ITCreate a culture of ownership, responsiveness, and operational disciplineHold teams accountable while investing in their developmentWhat You BringRequired Experience10+ years of progressive fleet management experienceExperience supporting multi-location construction, utility, or electrical contracting operationsExperience managing large fleet budgets and high-value assetsStrong operational understanding of heavy equipment, specialty electrical fleet assets, and construction operationsTechnical & Operational ExpertiseFleet lifecycle managementPreventative maintenance programsTelematics and GPS systemsFleet utilization optimizationBudgeting and cost analysisVendor and procurement managementDOT/FMCSA complianceCDL and driver qualification programsLeadership QualitiesHigh accountability mindsetStrong operational urgencyData-driven decision-makingAbility to influence operational leadersExcellent communication and organizational skillsComfortable operating in fast-paced, high-expectation environmentsWhy GreenArrow?Because this is not a “maintain the status quo” role.
