ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support internal meetings and customer-facing program logistics and communicationsManage on-site operations, including supply ordering, shipping, mail distribution, and visitor accessOversee facility maintenance and service requestsSupport routine financial processes, including invoice collection, submission, tracking, and vendor payment follow-upPartner cross-functionally to support customer programs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencyAdminister customer and sales surveys, and maintain accurate program dataPerform additional duties as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or 2–4 years of experience in administrative, marketing operations, or customer program coordination rolesStrong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detailExperience coordinating logistics for events, meetings, or customer-facing activitiesFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and enterprise workflow toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting customer experience programs, reference sites, or marketing eventsExposure to survey tools and customer feedback programs (e.g., NPS)Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed organizationBackground in healthcare, diagnostics, or B2B environments
