Robot Welder 2nd Shift

Essential Job Functions:Follow safety and environmental proceduresCome to work everyday, on time as scheduledProficient communication skillsAccurately read and use quality tools to ensure quality parts. Examine welds and unload parts to ensure they meet standards and specifications to verify product qualityUse computer to enter part information/inventory in ERP systemLoad, setup, operate robotic welding equipmentPerform basic preventative maintenance and repair and setup to keep robotic welder running smoothly and reduce downtime.Examine weld during welding process; observe problems with the weld and adjust the speed, voltage, amperage, or feed of the wire or rodExecute scheduling boardAbility to use motorized walking stackerQualifications:High School Diploma or GEDAbility to read and interpret blueprintsAbility to operator cranes, overhead hoistsAbility to use quality inspection equipmentProficient and basic math and computer skillsAbility to pass eye examWork Environment:  The work environment is a metal fabrication machine shop. Indoor, noisy, hot in summer monthsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
