What you will doLead and manage multi-stream programs and projects within our software services portfolioDesign and deliver high-impact solutions in collaboration with customers, account managers, and technical expertsTranslate strategic objectives into comprehensive, cross-functional program and project plans aligned with organizational goalsMonitor and optimize program and project execution, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and budgetsEnsure effective and efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders (customers, partners, and onshore/offshore teams)Report on program and project status to stakeholders at both executive and technical levelsSet clear objectives, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment on complex or divergent topicsCoordinate across teams and ensure seamless collaboration in an international environmentDrive change management efforts to support the successful adoption of solutionsMaintain a goal-oriented approach while ensuring strong attention to detail across multiple initiativesYour profile5+ years of project management experience, including software development projects (or a background in software development)1 – 2+ years of experience managing programs or multiple concurrent projectsProven ability to translate strategy into structured program and project plans aligned with business objectivesStrong experience managing scope, dependencies, budgets, and timelinesExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detailStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and align stakeholders at both executive and technical levelsComfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environmentsStrong interpersonal skills; team-oriented and able to build trust quicklyStructured thinker with a strategic perspectiveCustomer-centric, pragmatic, and a strong problem solverFluent in English; additional languages are a plusFamiliarity with Agile development processesKnowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI) is a plusAffinity with innovative technologies, 3D printing, and 3D design is an assetInterest in and ability to understand complex processesLocation and type of contractLafayette, CO, US Full-time Hybrid Mid-senior level Salary range: $95,000 – 145,000/year
