The Sales Associate will be responsible for daily tasks including identifying and engaging potential customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting services offered by Green Masters Landscape LLC. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, preparing quotes, assisting customers in choosing the right landscaping solutions, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records. Collaboration with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service is crucial. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building and active listening abilities.Sales and marketing experience to engage potential customers and promote services effectively.Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions and meet deadlines.Familiarity with landscaping, horticulture, or construction services is a plus.Proficiency with basic computer tools and CRM software is desirable.Ability to work in an outdoor, physical environment, and willingness to assist with hands-on tasks as needed.High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
