Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Conversion Lead / Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA system conversion, SAP technical architecture, migration, upgrade, and modernization programs.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP technical experience with multiple SAP transformation/conversion programs.Proven experience leading ECC-to-S/4HANA conversion projects.Ability to work as a technical architect and hands-on conversion lead, not just a project manager.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience coordinating large, geographically distributed technical teams.Strong understanding of SAP application, infrastructure, integration, and security architecture.Ability to identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.Experience with mock conversions, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production stabilization.
