Production Associate

Production AssociateThe Production Associate role assists various machine operators, may be assigned a variety of manual labor tasks in the production of finished goods, and may be assigned sanitation duties. Duties may vary from day to day, with more specific direction provided for assigned tasks. This role operates under moderate to close supervision.Essential FunctionsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities.Assist operators in set up and monitoring of machine operations.Monitor product quality according to company standards.Assist with keeping equipment and area clean and orderly.Responsible for arriving on time daily for shift, properly wearing personal protective equipment in accordance with GMP/company standards, in order to be ready for shift startup.Communicate with others on the line to maintain and assure proper product flow.Comply with direction and guidance provided by leadership to follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and other work rules.Support and promote all company policies including maintaining company expectations for people and food safety.Wage: $15.35-16.10Equal Opportunity Employer
