This highly visible role will lead financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation activities while partnering cross-functionally with executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making.Offering strong leadership visibility, long-term career growth, impactful project exposure, and the opportunity to help shape a growing FP&A function!Responsibilities:Lead the consolidation of monthly financial results, forecasts, and annual planning processes across a large multi-entity organizationPartner closely with accounting teams to ensure alignment between FP&A reporting, financial statements, and business performance metricsSupport executive leadership through financial reporting, presentations, and actionable business insightsDrive forecast accuracy through variance analysis, trend evaluation, and process improvementsAssist with system implementations, reporting automation, and continuous improvement initiatives related to FP&A processes and data qualitySupport large-scale reporting and consolidation projects, including enhancements to financial systems and reporting capabilitiesLead, mentor, and develop direct reports while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environmentQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required6+ years of progressive accounting and/or FP&A experiencePrior people management experiencePublic accounting foundation and corporate FP&A experience highly preferredExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholdersPay Transparency Statement: The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
