We aim to help these organizations unlock significant business value by deploying GenAI at scale, helping to ensure they stay at the forefront of technological advancement and maintain a competitive edge in their respective markets.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Growth & User Experience:Define and execute product-led growth strategies to scale platform adoption across crowd workers, domain experts, and enterprise clientsLead user research, journey/mind mapping, and experimentation to identify and remove friction points in onboarding, engagement, and retentionDesign intuitive user experiences that balance simplicity for crowd workers with power-user capabilities for enterprise stakeholdersEstablish and track North Star metrics (activation, engagement, retention, referral) and drive continuous improvementProduct Strategy & Vision:Partner with AVP of Product to define platform roadmap that balances foundational fixes with innovation and competitive differentiationAnalyze competitive landscape in AI data platforms and identify opportunities to differentiate and win in the marketTranslate business objectives and user insights into compelling product narratives and strategic initiativesBuild business cases and prioritization frameworks (impact/effort, RICE, etc.) to guide roadmap decisionsCross-Functional Leadership:Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, recruitment, delivery, operations and client teams to ship high-quality features on aggressive timelinesInfluence stakeholders across recruitment, delivery, sales, and customer success to align on product priorities and drive platform adoptionPartner with marketing and go-to-market teams to position product capabilities and drive user acquisition and engagementBuild trust with distributed engineering teams (including global development centers) through clear communication and stakeholder managementData-Driven Decision Making:Define KPIs and success metrics for product initiatives, leveraging analytics tools to measure impactDesign and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiencesBuild dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into product health, user behavior, and business outcomesUser Experience & Design:Apply strong product sense and UX intuition to evaluate designs, prototypes, and user flowsPartner with designers (or work independently when needed) to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate product visionAdvocate for user needs and ensure design decisions are grounded in research, data, and usability best practicesRequired QualificationsExperience:3+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing or B2B platformsProven track record scaling products to millions of users (required - must demonstrate specific examples)3+ years working at high-growth technology companies or fast-scaling startupsExperience with marketplace platforms, two-sided networks, or workforce management systems (preferred)Skills & Expertise:Product-led growth: Deep understanding of activation funnels, onboarding optimization, retention tactics, and viral mechanicsUser experience design: Strong product sense, ability to evaluate and influence design decisions, familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch)Experimentation & analytics: Hands-on experience designing A/B tests, analyzing user data (SQL required), and building dashboardsCompetitive intelligence: Ability to analyze competitor products, identify market trends, and translate insights into product strategyStakeholder management: Exceptional communication skills, ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadershipTechnical Acumen:Comfortable working with engineering teams on technical product decisionsUnderstanding of APIs, system architecture, and data flows (ability to read API documentation, understand integration points)Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and LLM-based products (nice-to-have)Mindset & Approach:Bias to action: Ships MVPs quickly, iterates based on feedback, comfortable with ambiguityUser-centric: Obsessed with understanding user needs, pain points, and behaviorData-informed: Uses data to validate hypotheses but balances with qualitative insights and product intuitionCollaborative: Builds trust across teams, seeks input from stakeholders, operates with transparencyPreferred QualificationsMBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related fieldExperience in AI data, annotation, labeling, or crowd workforce platformsBackground in operations-heavy products (logistics, fulfillment, marketplace operations)Experience launching 0?1 products or leading platform redesignsFamiliarity with international/global product launches and localizationWhy Join CentificImpact: Help shape the future of AI by improving the data and human feedback that powers LLMs used by billions of peopleGrowth Stage: Series A company preparing for Series B with aggressive growth targets -
