Instructional Assistant (ISS)

This position will require supervision of students assigned to In School Suspension (ISS) for behavior referrals. Qualities suitable for this position include but are not limited to: capable of forming positive relationships with students organized creating and sustaining a highly structured environment with clear procedures and expectations de-escalation strategies capable of working with challenging students - both academic and behavioral foundational knowledge in a variety of high school content areas technology skills consistent disciplinarian good communicator capable of motivating students
