Ahlstrom is seeking a Process Engineer located in Bethune, South Carolina. In this role, you will report to the Quality Engineer and be responsible for enhancing manufacturing efficiencies, product quality, and cost improvements.
You will lead initiatives in operational efficiency, supervise the Maintenance department, and facilitate continuous improvement programs. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required, along with relevant experience in lean manufacturing concepts.
