Revenue Enablement Consultant
A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Consultant to design and lead enablement initiatives for sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and develop enablement programs to drive behavior change and align with business objectives
Plan and facilitate major events such as Sales Kickoffs and execute large transformative initiatives
Identify gaps in tools and knowledge, executing initiatives to address these gaps and improve performance
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in revenue enablement, learning and development, or related fields
Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
Experience with sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Allego)
Demonstrated stakeholder and project management experience
Experience applying adult learning methodologies to design and evaluate learning content
