OverviewAs a Program Manager , you will be the leader, driving delivery in a government client consulting environment. If you don't know the difference between that and management, this just isn't going to work outProven experience of leading the deployment of enterprise and custom Software solutions in client environmentsDemonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problemsProven experience growing and selling while deliveringExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skillsStrong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversityProven team player and team builderStrong organizational and analytical skillsExperience working with Human Center DesignPMP, Scrum Master certification preferredNIH customer experienceOnsite presence at Bethesda, MD, two (2) times a weekPreferred :Federal Clearance PreferredAbout steampunkSteampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
