Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and assists in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.Applicants must have experience with and an ability to read wire tables and wire routing, wire diagrams, blue prints, schematics, color codes, measurements, mathematics, and both power and manual cable building toolsExperience with and an ability to read wire tables and wire routing, wire diagrams, blue prints, schematics, color codes, measurements, mathematics, and both power and manual cable building tools.Able to use pinning and stripping tools, make all types of connections, identify breakout positions, sleeve types, and braid requirements.Able to solder to terminals, connectors, and braid.Be familiar with and capable of conducting continuity and resistance testing, (C&R).Works autonomously. Acts as a mentor to lower level peers and provides guidance on tasksCommunicates with contacts typically within and outside the department on matters that involve explaining complex assignmentsMakes recommendations for new processes and proceduresWorks on complex assignments requiring development of concepts and techniquesFollows established processes to complete tasksIdentifies problems and issuesWorks to achieve operational targets within job area which has significant impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.Qualifications:Able to lift 40 lbsWork with chemicals, paints, and adhesivesAble to work small parts by hand using magnificationRequires advanced job knowledge/skillsRequires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experiencePreferred Additional Skills:Soft skills (I.E.
