The company prides itself on craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and industry expertise. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator based in Dubuque, IA. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing project specifications and blueprints, and collaborating with internal teams and clients. Additionally, the role involves assessing project requirements, providing pricing data, and assisting in project planning. Communication with vendors and stakeholders is a critical aspect of this role to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution. Qualifications Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documentsStrong mathematical, analytical, and cost estimation skillsProficiency with office software and estimation tools, including Microsoft Excel and specialized estimation softwareExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teamsAttention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred (or relevant experience)Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards is a plus
